How to Encourage Your Little Curly Cuties to Love Their Curly, Textured hair!

These trends come and go, but the curly hair movement is here to stay.  Bigger than a trend it is a new way of life, a style upgrade and an empowerment movement.  It transcends culture, age and personality.  It is for each and every woman.  It is amazing that we did not know that so many women in the world have curly hair.   It is amazing to see how much we as women actually have in common!

So what now?  We are more empowered than ever through our tresses.  It’s fast, fun and more importantly it is US!  However there is a new generation coming up that has not been through the same journey we have been through.  These little ones have proud textured mothers, aunts, and other family members rocking the coils but their peers might not yet be there.  Ultimately your little ladies want to look like their peers.  While you cannot control what their friends look like, you can empower your daughter to know and understand her hair, and style her it in the healthiest, cutest styles that make her feel comfortable.  This in turn will prepare her to answer questions about her hair and you never know, her confidence and knowledge may help the other girls to embrace their unique textures as well.
