Tap on “Continue”

  • Next, review your recent login attempts.
  • Now you need to tap on continue to proceed to get over the next page.

Select “Approve your login on another phone or computer.”

  • Once you tap over continue, you move to the page where you need to select a security check page.
  • Here you have to tap on one security check.
  • From here, you have multiple options to choose from
  • It includes approving your login on another phone or computer and then getting a code sent to your phone.
  • Now select “Approve your login on another phone or computer” and click over the continue option.

Tap on “Confirm identity in another way.”

  • Once you choose to approve your login on another phone or computer, you will have a list of devices you tried to log in to your Facebook account.
  • Next, to which approve or login and you must have access to one of the listed devices.
  • Then you need to select any one device and approve your login on it.
  • If you don’t have any access to listed devices, then top on confirm identity in another way, from the bottom of the page.

Select “Get a code sent to your phone.”

  • Once you select confirm identity another way, you will choose a security check page once again.
  • On the page, you have two different options.
  • That includes “Approve your login on another phone” and hit on “Get a code sent to your phone.”
  • Where you have to select the get a code sent to your phone option
  • Then click on continue to proceed to the next step.

 Tap on “Confirm identity in another way.”

  •  Now, if you have selected the get a code to your phone option, you go over the page where you select your phone number.
  • Next, on this page, you will see your phone number only if you have linked it with your Facebook account.
  • Further, you will have to select your number, tap on continue, and then go through the onscreen instructions to regain access to your Facebook account.
  • Therefore, if you don’t have access to your phone number, then you should click on it to confirm your identity in another way from the lower bottom of the page.

 Select “Upload a photo ID.”

  • Now you need to choose a security check page once again.
  • Here you get the option that allows you the access to upload a photo ID.
  • Then select the Upload a photo ID option, and this way, you can quickly regain access to your Facebook account.
