Healthy Recipe of The Week!

One Pan Roasted Chicken & Vegetables

This’ll take you around thirty minutes to prepare and cook, and has only three simple steps to its method.

Here’s all you’ll need;

– 3 chicken breasts, cubed

– 1 red onion, chopped

– Broccoli florets

– Baby tomatoes

– 1 large bell pepper, chopped

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– Italian seasoning

– Salt & pepper

And the three steps to follow;

1.     Chop up your veggies and slice the chicken breasts into small, equally sized cubes.

2.     Place all of the above into a roasting dish and add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika. Toss it all up to combine.

3.     Bake in your oven for around 20 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked through most importantly!) and serve up!

·        Healthy fats
