FAQ about LED Downlight

As a manufacturer that is specialized at LED downlight, we meet so many questions about our LED downlights from our customers, here is a list of the FAQ of LED downlight and answers, hope this will help you to have a better understanding of our LED downlights.

1.What size of LED downlight that you can offer?
A: For SMD LED downlights, we have 4 inch, 6 inch and 8 inch, and for high power LED downlights, we do 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch and 8 inch.

2.What wattage of LED downlight that you can offer?
A: For SMD LED downlight, we have 6 -36W.
   For high power downlight, we have 3-36W.

3.What LED chip do you do you use?
A: The chip brand is Epistar, the TOP one in Taiwan chipsets. 
LED package manufacturer is Harvatek in Taiwan, we import full LED from Taiwan.
 
4.What’s the brand of your power supply?
A: We produce our own power supply, we have 10 year experience engineer here especially for LED driver design.

5.What color temperature do you offer and how do you test and control the color temperature of the LED, to ensure consistency of LED color temperature in a batch.
A: The LEDs we currently order from led manufacturer are divided into 4 ranges, 
2700-3200K (warm white)
4000-4500K (natural white)
5000-5500K (pure white)
6000-6500k (cool white)
When new batch LEDs arrives in our factory, we do the color temperature test in our integrating sphere randomly. After completed lamp aging test, we final inspects product to make sure the color temperature is remain the same.

6.How is your warranty? And if we have a problem, how do we claim on the warranty.
A: We offer 3 years warranty.
In case you get a problem, we first talk to you and need your help in taking pictures or video to show us the problem, with these, we can analyze the problem, try to solve the problem without sending back the failed item.
When the problem cannot be solved in this way, then we will resend a new one to you. For faulty items, you accumulate for certain time and send back to us. 
We bear the shipping cost on both sides.
