Documents Required for Online Copyright Registration

6. IF it’s software, you will need to submit its source code.

Along with the digital format of the creations, the copyright applicant will also need to submit the following documents:

1. ID proof of the applicant.
2. Address proof of the applicant.
3. Title of your work.
4. The language used for our work.
5. Publishing details of the work.
6. No objection certificate from the author of the work.
7. No objection certificate from the publisher of the work.
