Cut It Out With The Video and Audio Already!

Depending on the methods you're using for promoting your webpages, offers, in short - your business opportunities - please PAY ATTENTION...

I don't care what the big GURUs say...

If you are using traffic exchanges, ptr methods and click programs - STOP with the Audios and Videos. Even the Gurus ARE using the methods just mentioned, be sure of that. In the very least, they know that down the line, their AFFILIATES will definitely turn to Traffic Exchanges, PTR, PTC and other rotator-type programs.

Video pages and website mainpages with audio require TIME TO LOAD, people...STOP placing them in high-traffic, timed-traffic areas!

Use a lead page or something to TELL that you have pages with Videos and wonderful Audio training and messages or whatever, but STOP PLACING THESE IN ROTATORS...

Not everyone has the latest P-4000, Bazzillion GigaMaJiggaByte Ultimate OmniHertz, fully decked out gaming tower plus aerodynamic helicopter dashboard brand new COMPUTER!!!

Okay - so the computer description is 'out there' and over-exaggerated, I know - but really, a huge portion of internet users are not using the very latest machinery. Or, they have the latest high-tech computer - in order to avoid the NOTORIOUS upgrading issues that abound in computerland everywhere.

The former (old computer users) may not even be able to VIEW your Videos - the pages simply may not load - or the audios may slow their system down so much that they will close the window displaying your video and open something that does load! The latter who DO HAVE great systems will include a huge portion of 'newbies' who don't actually realize the power of their new high tech system...but your flashy videos and audios will just ANNOY them.

If someone using an older system is finally 'getting it' in internet biz-land, they will be surfing Traffic Exchanges, a few at a time. If they are surfing in as little as 3 browser windows and videos don't load well on their machine - can you see the PROBLEM if all 3 browser windows are loading Videos from Traffic Exchange rotators? The person will have to slam on the ctrl+alt and del to get task manager open and close down their browser entirely (THIS HAPPENS TO ME and I have a reasonably good system! - I often open 6 or 7 windows - but this does happen OFTEN!).

Even if someone has a high ticketty-boo system that runs like a speed demon, with all the darned video mainpages in rotators, can you understand how annoying AND DISTRACTING it is to end up with 4 or 5 or 10 browser tabs open with the same amount of audio and video playing? WHOSE video should a person watch in a case like this?

I believe that CONVERSION rates fare better when a person is led to a page that very, very briefly explains that you have a VIDEO page or special Audio presentation available. You could use the tactic of snagging an email address to send them to the Video/Audio page link when they are OUTSIDE of Autosurfing, Traffic Exchange, Page Rotator activities. And THEN - if the person shows up after that, they have actually taken an ACTION to GO SEE YOUR VIDEO or SEARCH FOR YOUR AUDIO...and therefore, are probably actually interested in your 'STUFF' !

What are the chances THEN that you will please your customer/client/reader, listener/observer, traffic? If someone has been led to an audio or video by you, without having it shoved down their throat in some rotator - chances are pretty good that the person WANTS YOUR STUFF and HAS TIME to view/listen to your whole presentation.

None of the Videos or Audios that people are putting in rotators are getting significant PLAY TIME, anyway...
