How Much do You Really Know?
Some people have enough knowledge to know when some thing is not right and or borderline. There are also some people who may have very limited understanding and rely on others for the correct information. To someone who may not have understanding the wires in the above picture may look safe and technically they are (Borderline Safe) unless they are disturbed then it could become a safety hazard. The wires need to be in Junction Box to ensure safely.

That is good Cheryl, you have an eye for safty. There would have been a time I would have thought it was safe because of the wire caps being in place. I think that is what could miss lead people into thinking it is safe, especially when it was professional that put it in.
