Don't sell yourself short!!!!
What? You think I'm complimenting you ...don't you??? Actually I am to those who refuse to join the cliques, groups, and things that make mainly us women feel like WE HAVE to do it. I recently joined mom pack and a swap group. Not a business swap group...but a swap group. I really don't believe in swapping, mainly because I don't get what I paid/asked for.
What I mean by my Title is exactly this. To be in business, does not mean you have to GIVE your business away. Sure cuopons, discounts and freebies will drive traffic and possibly buyers to your site, but only for a short time. If you're one of the few who can consistently get the customers to buy from you...KUDOS to you, and please share.
Consistency must be with your other actions. I mean newsletters, follow ups, networking. These are all very low cost things you can do for your business and won't bust the bank acct. After all, aren't we all in it to make money?
