Do you have desire?

So you know you have desire. Strong enough that you want to develope your mind for success? If so, let’s get started!

The success you want to achieve isn’t really written anywhere, not on a cd or website. It’s in you. In your head. If you want to be successful, you have to think you are already. Start thinking like you are a leader. Your thoughts are the only thing you have 100% control over. Your thoughts are what have made you the person you are today. Whether you like it or not. Every thought you ever had has led you to this point in your life up to reading this email. So you must start having new thoughts. Train your mind to think that you are already successful.

Success is not the products you sell or promote. It is not the business opportunity or a website. It is you. It is your thoughts. Start thinking like a leader and you will become one. Henry Ford said “If you think you can, or if you think you can’t, either way, you are right”.

Surround yourself with leadership. Do the things that leaders do. If you spend your day with a certain group of people, chances are, you are similar to that group of people. If you want to change, you must change.

First, don’t let this blog series be the only thing you read. There are plenty of books, e-books, audio courses, newsletters ect. Go to the bookstore. Purchase books on business, expand your library. No one book or other source of information has all the answers. There are plenty of books on success and leadership, sales and marketing. Each one will give you a different perspective on the entire industry.

Ever heard of Robert G. Allen, Sean Casy, Perry Marshall? How about titles like Rich Dad Poor Dad. Think and Grow Rich. How to win friends and influence people. You never stop learning. And neither do the top people in the industry. They are the ones with the largest libraries.

I was in a forum the other day. A user was saying in a post that he never had to buy any more e-books or any other information again. He has everything he needs in one website. Do you think this person is ready to become the person he wants to be? Not likely! The larger the library, the more successful you will be. All this information constantly going into your brain, will give you more of the positive influence you need to reach your goals.

Read whatever you can, whenever you can. This will influence your thoughts; help you grow into the leader you need to be. Only leaders make it in this business. Become one. Turn your best downlines into leaders! This industry is all about leadership. Networking with your team, and helping them.

Communicate with your team. That’s what the “Networking” part is for. You can’t develope leaders without communication.

It is natural for people to be attracted to leaders. People want what you have. Become the person you need to be in order for people to want to follow you in your business.
