What's a Coach Anyway?
I used the word COACH to sum up some basic points on network marketing.
C – is for communicate with your downline. Welcome them. Make sure they have your contact information. Commuicate with your downlines about 2 -3 times per month, once a week, or once every two weeks. Let them know you are always available.
O - is for offer solutions, not business opportunities. Most people that see your web advertisement are already in an online business. They don’t want another business offer. They need leads, domain names, websites, auto-responders, email addresses, better ways to advertise, marketing information, ways to improve their marketing skills, and so on. These people are already buyers, so give them something they need. Offer solutions!
A - is for apply your knowledge. Most people would rather read about how to do something than actually do it. For change to take place, you must take action. Applying your knowledge and taking action only = results.
C – is for consistency. Choose a few different ways to market and promote. Do it well and to it everyday. Pick methods that you are comfortable with and master them! Do it everyday.
H – is for help your team. Helping your downline team members ranks high on the importance scale. They will appreciate all your attention and will most likely stay in business with them a lot longer than if you never helped them at all. Give them some downline members, get them started. I put my new members in my url rotator and advertise one link that rotates my members url whenever a new person clicks on my link.
I do this in 90% of my advertising, including this email. If you click on my link http://www.homeforwork.ws, my name may not come up. It will be my downline team members name. This is just one of the ways I like to help my team.
