Hello There,
I am also relatively new to Apsense but if there's one thing I've learnt, it's not to go overboard using the groups etc to push your business.
I have asked for help from those who seem to be savvy and 'been around a while' and I've always been responded to and given advice.
I've been advised to use this as a resource to build a network of contacts and get more ideas on how to promote your business.
I don't turn down contacts because you never know who might be beneficial to you or be interested in what you have to offer.
Browse the groups and initiate contact with other members to add them to your list and just get discussion going by joining lots of groups which are relevant to your business.
Good Luck!

Hi Uniquedecor,

Ok lets see what we can do to get you on the right track.

Spending credits.
Click on my Account.
Next in the box on the top right of the page click on Ad Network.
Next click on Add Ads
Fill in the Ad Title the url of the site you want people to go to and a 150 character ad in the Ad content box.
Next put in the number of credits you want to use. Just to the right of that box you will see how many you have available, and you can put any amount up to that number into the box.
Next click on the Submit button.

Now on the my Ad Network page you will see the title of your ad then you will see something like 215/1180 this shows how many credits left (the 215) and the total credits you have allocated (the 1180). When the left hand side is zero (0/1180 for example) and you want to add more credits click on the Edit (under action title), You can then put more credits into the use credits box (again up to the number you have available). And again click on the submit button.

As for advice on getting your site out there so people are seeing it, may I suggest that you take a look at the various groups offering help, such as the posts in my group where you will find some useful information.

If you need more help you can go to my profile and click on add to my contacts Button. Then when it’s approved (as soon as I see it) you can send me a contact and explain in detail what you need help with. Don’t worry, I do not use the contact option to send ads and I will not expect you to join anything I promote in exchange for helping you. That is not the way I work.

My hat off to you Mr Bjantiques. For helping people and don't want anything in return. It shows that you are a grate business man and not out for them selves. I wish you will in your business.
Sincerely,

Hello 'uniquedecor',

I have recently spotted several postings at various groups where members are uncertain of what is available at Apsense, and how to use it's many resources.

Here are three things that I did when I first arrived, and they helped me greatly.

1. Click every blue tab of the seven tabs at the top of any Apsense page. Read through every inch of information, watch the visual presentation and definitely download Apsense Express. It's brilliant, a MUST HAVE and non-intrusive.

2. Go to your own accounts page ('My Account' tab) and click on every link you see there. Read all that you find there. Explore every corner of your personal account page.

3. Lastly, hop over to the very bottom of any Adsense page and click on every one of the following links - About Us | Affiliates | FAQs | Privacy Policy | Terms of Use | Contact - and then read every piece of information written there. Particularly the FAQs page.

All the above may take 30 to 60 mins. depending on how focused you stay as you 'study'. Taking each of these three steps is well worth the time. You'll become an Apsense master and you'll also be a raving fan of the services available here! :)

Once you've taken each of the above three steps, you should be left with no further questions.

If you do still have questions once you've done all the above, then please feel free to ask. Happy to help.

I posted this comment in uniquedecor's blog but it may help others so I'll reply here also. Help on placing an Ad and using your credits!

OK - let's make it easy for you.

Click on 'My Account' tab
Scroll down to Member Stats and you can see 'Your Total Credits'
Now scroll back up and under your 'Account Homepage' is a list of links.

Somewhere near the bottom of the list there is a 'Ad Network' link.
Click on that link

Now click on 'Add Ads' and put in your ad. You can dedicate as many credits as you like up to the amount shown in 'Your Total Credits' you looked at above.

Hi unique,
It's nice to have you here among this great people. I'm new as well. But everyone is just a question away. I have a couple of websites and no sales as well, so I know how you feel. Bjantiques is very helpful with no hype. Have fun and enjoy these great folks.

Have you considered writing articles on the products sold in your shop, the things you like or have used yourself that you sell their?

As an author I sell eBooks that I have written myself, and I find to market anything you have to believe in the product you are selling before you can sell it to others or for that matter expect anyone to affiliate to your product.

The things I affiliate to are things I like myself, either as a product or because of the informational value I can get out of them. I never try to sell anything I wouldn’t want or haven’t bought myself and tried out.

Do you want me to take a look at your sales page and see if I can come up with something for you?

Let me know if there is a specific product that you sell that for whatever reason you think others would really like to have and why.

Good luck anyway, have fun with whatever you are doing!
