We all talk about business, getting the next Dollar, thelatest system or be quick get this new system. What we don't talk abouy is taking a rest, leave untill tomorow.I am here as proof you need to have a rest.

I like everybodyese am chasing the next big thihg, the truth is ,I don't need too,I enjoy it.I was at it constantly taking no rest all hours of the day and night. Then it hit me my immunee system was low as I was constantly typing,I was rushed 70 miles in an ambulance to Hospital as my temprature was over a 100 degrees.

I was told I had Pnemonia,a killer lucky they had caught it when they did they gave me antibiotics intrevienously. Then after 4 days I was allowed to go home.I was told by the Doctors that I wasn't to work for a month and take things easy, not me I know better.

I threw myself straight back into work,7 days later I was at the Doctors.I was told I would ave to go to Hospital as The Pnemonia was back.I asked to stay at home and fight it,which they allowed me to do.

The first day I was sick ,didn't know where or who I was, this is the 4th day i have at least another 4 days in bed,I have left my bussiness to be run by,the people I pay to do so and in future there will be less work more rest.
I intened to take a holiday and rearange my workink week to as littlle as possible.

What I am saying is this " Put your health and family first" don't work yourself into an eary grave know your limits and stick to them and enjoy life,I nearly lost mine for what something that MIGHT pay out.The choice is yours but be warned.

Well Mr Doom and Gloom Bringer, I'm renaming you to the Voice of Common Sense. If all your are doing is working, you are not living. There's a big difference between living-enjoying and experiencing life; and existing-just getting through day after day tending to business.

Life was meant to be lived to the fullest, that means you have to find a balance in your life.

Thank you very much! It is the sincere words from the heart. Any person, whether doing something, pay attention to the health of themselves & their families, continue to work to earn money for living expenses. I always do so.

Yes, I too burn the midnight oil, and after a few weeks, I just give myself a few days and do nothing online. You definitely need to pace yourself. There's so many opportunities online to make money and learn. So everyone make money, but only if it is not stressing you out.

You are right. I also spend long hours behind my PC. Which I don't mind since it is both hobby and job for me. But is is a job never finished. So I force myself to take time for my hobby which is playing the saxophone in several bands. And I don't touch a PC in my vacations.

I absolutely agree. Rest required. Brain will not function, ideas wil not flow, crankyiness with colleagues will result in unhappiness.

Yep - we all do it. Get behind that dratted keyboard and the hours flash by - I have renamed mine "The Time Machine" but it only propels you forward. I am lucky, I have two grandchildren I can take time out with and my wife and I love walking (although you would not think so looking at our figures). We are all working towards making our life easier but as "Doom and Gloom" David says make sure you have a life at the other end.
