So let's just look at annual sales of two recognizable brands, Maxwell House and Folgers
Folgers does $852,350,800 in sales each yearwhile Maxwell House does $467,080,600. So people do drink coffee and there's only one commodity that is more often traded than coffee and that commodity is oil. Coffee is big business, McDonalds offers specialty coffees and Dunkin Donuts a donut shop now retails their own brand of coffee through grocery stores. Coffee is big business. People drink coffee.
