For the record on Kooday!

Good morning, or at least a good start on one.

It was brought to my attention that a party involved with the Kooday Scam wishes to levy a personal attack on a member of our program, one of our admins, and myself and resort to name calling and lies over fact.

Fact is we didn't put the legal filings you refuse to recognize and choose to ignore, found amid the 3800 plus complaints, and legal filings listed when you Google: Brian Lindback Scam.

Fact is we never said scams don't pay some people but the law never said getting paid made anything legal.

Fact we did say and WayBack Machine proves Brian did grab those eyes from our much older Kooiii.com , Brian's site isn't even a year old yet.

Fact, their juggernaut stats come from people like you who can't stop promoting a scam until it stops paying you and will wait until being charged with collusion and conspiracy before stopping the promotion even once you know it's a scam.

Fact Kooday is nothing new, Search Big Daddy already robbed marketers of massive sums of money running the exact same scam and at least they spent money on professional design and graphics. I could duplicate Kooday on Freewebs with the cost of $13 one time for domain and first month's hosting.

Fact Kooday has no targeting, and a record for no targeting, with a track record of returning all sorts of Ponzi, Phishing, and unrelated sites instead of the terms being searched for Kooday Keywords will never be worth the original pennies asked much less the dollars you are dreaming of.

Did I mention for your main batch of proof in that you got paid means nothing?  That being a first in shill and getting paid as has happening in most major scams doesn't make the program legal.

You singled out 3 people of thousands calling this scam a scam, and you called us hicks yet we were smart enough to use Who Is, and Google, and not join Kooday.

I will point out that I don't even have to say your name much less levy personal attacks and name calling. Your scam is starting to die already anyhow. Currently the number of Rev Pages and post on Kooday here are less than a 3rd of a month ago, on Sweeva instead of 2 dozen promoters 3 people are still running Kooday ads, and even Sokule is no longer sending out bribes to buy keywords $100 at a time.

All of this just 2 days before the so called launch of the worth nothing engine, on the cheap script, with the un-targeted keywords and your money in hand.

Good luck,

Don't you just love it when the 'white' knights 'defend' their scams with "I got paid".

I hadn't seen anything about personal attacks, but it doesn't surprise me. Telling it like it is upsets people. Anyway, I didn't know anything about Kooday beyond seeing it on the TEs and having a bad feeling about it. Its good to know I CAN trust my feelings.

Yeah we were called Hicks, accused of being paid to tell you it's a scam, and slander. Which is funny because the post attacking us was slander and defamation since it named names. Regardless we need not resort to that level as proof and the justice system are on our side.

Great by the way to have you join us Louise I love your new blogs by the way.

Good work Andy.
It's amazing that people will promote a search engine that you can't even use to search, much less one with a shady history

Well said and well written Andy. Getting attacked by the scammers we elect to expose is a fact of life.

Has your email spam increased? Thats what usually happens to me but thanks to the programs I use it does not bother me, and they get tired of it in the long run.

@Warren not so suprising when you consider they promote 'payment processors' using money that cannot be spent!

I'm not an HTML expert by any stretch of the imagination, but if you right click on Kooday's page and choose "view source", then you do the same for Kooiii, the difference is obvious.
I thought I was still pretty unknown. Looks like not anymore. :)

I follow the Davey Crockett Rule: Be sure you're right and then go ahead. Davey followed that to the extent he left the U.S. Senate to lead a group of Volunteers to fight and eventually die at the Alamo, because to him there was no greater gift to give or cause to die for than freedom. In this case, I doubt people die but when you have fact on your side, and stand up for right you will find your band of volunteers who also believe in the cause.

Thanks for all your support.

Good Going.

Although most people that promote scams are newbies that do not know the scams for what they are, we need to expose these scams and teach these newbies how to recognise the scams in the first place.

@JAVAN you just got reported for SPAMMING the Ethics in Business forum. I must ask though how it feels to 1. Operate in an unethical and illegal manner and 2. become an example in this forum of what not to do?

@Abraham I use to think that myself on the newbies deal but spend 2 months watching the who on Apsense, Sweeva, and other sites where user names, names, and personal branding are public. There are some people who are in every last one of them who account for 90% of the promotion. The first in group always on the JV pre-launch mailer who always claim to have been paid. Some even before a payday is reached.

A good marketer on Sweeva last night had two prime examples attack him. Jerry and I hope I spell his last name right Innucci had one respond asking him if he had read a manual that is a pro socialist primer against corporations and governments and site their actions as crimes as a justification for breaking the law.

Another simply touted themselves as doing a public service. They said 97% of online business owners will lose money instead of earn, we just speed up the process so they get out and lose less money. That's sick.

Most people lose money because of people like that loud mouthed fool.

I remember being on the other side of the fence at the time of 12DailyPro, although I have to say I wasn't one of those people attacking anyone who pointed out the facts. I decided to take the positive approach, and kept posting the "I've been paid, here's my screenshot" thing.

I think these sites create a bit of a cult feeling. When you're on the inside, you're in the ONLY right place to be, but the only way you can defend your group is to attack anyone who speaks out against it because there isn't actually anything you can say to counter their comments. You know the truth deep down, but you don't want to believe it, so you stick your head in the sand and just carry on doing what you're doing. And when it all falls apart, you're truly shocked at what happened because you made yourself believe.

I don't think anyone could ever change the minds of the people who are in. The only thing that will do that is when they lose their money. Hopefully, we can educate some people and stop them getting in at all.

Education is so important when joining programs to earn an income online! My team and I also teach our members how to spot a scam and to implement some kind of business ethics. Too many people are coming online to desperately earn an income and unfortunately, a lot are falling for the scammers. Thanks for the "heads up" with this one!!

I have learned that the best way to combat a scam is to point out the facts. Many of us have been pointing out the facts about a certain one making the rounds and all of us pointed to the TOS. People defended the scam. Today I went one better putting in my blog the screen shot that proved what we had all been telling these people from day one and still someone comes forward to defend it but only one. It's kind of hard to attack someone personally when they are directing people to proof.

"Hmm how about a viable system not tainted by ponzi of the week links when searching for something as simple as bread and water. "

This quote alone show you have not even read the FAQ, but i guess you do not need to do that to call something a scam.

Kooday has said the will launch their search engine some time on friday. Lets pick up the discussion then. Would be interested to see if you get the same results.
