A silly question about the business center ratings

What is good and what is bad?
In the Netherlands when something is excellent you rate it 10 points, when it is very bad 1 point.
In Germany when something is very good you rate it 1 when is is very bad 10.
Now I am wondering what is custom here because the ratings I have seen out of my Dutch pesrpective 10 being good don't absolutely make no sense to me.

Yes a Zero suits most of them fine. Now that I know this I won't waste any more time voting because the voting has zero value Oct 11th 2010 22:06 |

You can skip voting on those you can see have put no effort into it. But many people have put effort into setting up and arranging their business centers. What I really wish is that we could go to someones business center directly and vote on it instead of have to sit through dozens of them that are empty Oct 11th 2010 22:32 |
You have it exactly right. 1 is bad (In my opinion 0 would be more appropriate to rate some of them) and 10 is excellent.
