I don't know anymore how many times I send message to support@apsense.com, how many questions asked respectable members here and still don't get answer:

Why I don't have my ads I setup shown above my content (blog posts, groups and discussions)?

I'm a member more than half a year and still no answer?

Does my ads have the worst design in the world or they're unacceptable or they stinks or what?

I just want to know what's going on. This is the one and only and last place where to ask. I put question in the ASK section, I sent mails to support, I discuss with other members and this takes more than three months. Each techical problem should be solved in this time. If doesn't than this site team is incapacity to care all functions of site and members will have more and more problems in future. I don't believe that this site can grow with that kind of relations to members.

One thing I have noticed is that the ads dont appear at the top of my blog posts etc either...they appear on the bottom. I didn't think mine were working and then I noticed that.

This is what I get at the top of all my post in the ad section "The website declined to show this webpage"

ha, my ad is on the bottom of the subject now. Ok, it is acceptable here, in groups. But why I have the empty space above the title of post? There should be an ad - my, apsense, 3rd party, nevermind...I don't have ad there nowhere. And this is my question. the ad should be there because it means money for community, not only for me. We all (paid members too) are paid by this advertisers. What you think, where's the money from? it's not from space it's from ads.

Ok I have just spent a long time with Wincer and it seems the problem was not being fully understood. I have now clarified the problem by use of specific examples with my own blogs and discussions and I think that the problem is much clearer. Wincer has told me that he will look at it a little later and do his best to find the bug and correct it.

Update. The bug has been found that was affecting personal ads in both blogs and group subjects and has been corrected. You should see at the top of your post ads by APSense and at the bottom of your post your personal ads if you have set any up.

Hi Jeunelle, Yep as it should be. We get the chance to earn from the APSense ads and also the exposure for our own now. This is the best of both worlds as before it was either or but not both

This is really ridiculous! "BJ: The bug has been found ....." after three months! Just imagine this: 3000 visits daily means 3000 adsense/apsense/adbrite/nevermind ad views daily approx 1-5$ of income ....multiply... 90 days .....it means at least 90-450$ which could go to members or to this community .... do you understand what I mean?

bjantiques  Professional  Mar 25th 18:10
Hi MarS, Well look at it from the positive side before you could have either the ads by APSense OR your own ads. In other words if you had your own ads in there you did not have the ads by APSense so you were not earning from them anyway. As it is now we get both so in the long term we are going to be better off as we will now always have the ads by APSense as well as our own if we want them. As Jeunelle points out the good news is its fixed and we can move forward. To which I will add with a better option and earning potential than it was before.

cool, that's I want. The most important is that apsense and all members get an advantage of this.

Glad to hear this is fixed... I noticed my ads/banners weren't displaying properly either... and messaged Bj about it and noticed they started showing up right away after that... I hope it's fixed... I think i get most clicks from within blogs etc and sig link than my banners etc.... but that might be because they weren't showing for a while? How long was it we went without advert exposure? anyone know? Have a great Today Beth

Hello, Is there a designated group leader or ApSense assistant available at all times for urgent matters when support is not available. If support does not answer right away what would you 'suggest?
