You read it everywhere. "To be successful in Internet Marketing, build your list".

I read a few days ago a more interesting way of saying it.

"It's not the list that counts. It's the relationships you have with the people on your list."

I love it!

To me, it means not sending an email every day. Or worse, many times a day. Some marketers do send an email every day. They get some people to unsubscribe, but they don't care, cause they get new sign ups that compensate. All they think about is taking as much money from their subscribers as possible.

It's as if a store such as Wal-Mart bombarded us with pamphlets every day. Now, I know, some might say we see ads on TV every day. But it's different. Changing channels or muting can be done in a second. Most people probably ignore it anyway.

But if we had to deal with publicity sent to us by mail from one store every day, I bet it would become far less popular.

So, what is the APSense Insider about? I guess you figured out it's a e-newsletter.

You will receive emails from me regularly. I will give you information about things I've written or created at APSense.

I write about all kinds of subjects :

* APSense tips and advice
* IM topics such as article marketing
* Success in business and life
* much more

I also create screencast videos to teach APSense features. These videos are short, no more than 5 minutes.

IMPORTANT : At the time of this writing, some videos have not been redone since APSense has changed looks and navigation recently. I will get to it soon.

It's impossible to have easy access to the hundreds of articles I've written in the past 4 months.

The e-newsletter solves that problem. Don't worry, you won't be buried under truckloads of information. I know many of us receive tons of emails from marketers, safelists, mailers, etc...

Instead, I will send information easy to digest.

If you are hungry for more, no problem. From time to time, I will send a PDF report with a bunch of articles on specific topics.

In the opt-in form, you will see a field titled "Ask a question". It's not a required field. If you do ask a question, I will respond to it in the blog associated with the e-newsletter. Sometimes, the answer will be a video.

In the emails, I will also inform you here and there about the sites, programs and products I use and recommend.

Here's an example. A few days ago, when I launched my e-newsletter, my coach recommended I use TE Toolbox for tracking. It's free to join.

I had put the squeeze page tracking link on TEs, other SM sites, a giveaway event, and of course in as many places as possible at APSense.

I thought APSense was so well known that many people would subscribe.

Well, it should not have been a surprise. I got:

* 1 subscriber from the TEs
* 1 subscriber from another SM site
* 3 sign ups from the giveaway event
* all the others from APSense

The 3 signups from the event were a nice surprise. A few days ago, I put there as a gift the report I created that includes articles showing where to begin at APSense. :)

My coach said, "Do you use the APSense TE?"

I said, "Not much..."

He said, "Well, it's time you use it" :)

I upgraded my account on APSense Traffix immediately. LOL
