of lights and this festival is around the
corner. This festival is the most important Indian festival because this
festival stands for the victory of good over evil. This is a five-day festival.
During this festival celebration with an exhibition of lights, colors, and
decorations and Diwali decorations have its own significance and our tradition
also. This diwali decoration brings positivity in your life and your home. On
this day people wish for their prosperity and harmony from the Goddess Lakshmi
and Lord Ganesha. This year Diwali is giving the opportunity for all of us to
make it a festival of change because after the outbreak of coronavirus everyone
is concerned about their loved ones well-being and so this is the right time to
introduce some positive changes by starting new ventures or making new
investments to improve our lives and work towards a brighter future. So here we
are discussing a few new ways to celebrate
diwali festival.
- Choose nature-friendly Diwali lamps and Lanterns: This Diwali thinks differently when
choosing the Diwali festivities decoration. Diwali decoration is
one of the most important tasks. Nowadays there are several trendy ways in
which you can demonstrate your decoration creatively. You can light up
your home in different ways. You can go with the old-school earthen oil diyas, rather than the energy-consuming
fancy electrical lights. These traditional diyas and lanterns look
magnificent but are entirely organic and customary. You can decorate your
entire house and even a prayer room with these Diya, diwali lamps and lanterns. This way your home will look
wonderful and it will be a smarter choice. Nowadays it is very easy
to buy Diwali Lamps and lanterns online through e-commerce sites. They
provide a wide range of Diwali lamps and lanterns.
- Rangoli…Go Traditional: Diwali decoration is incomplete
without rangoli. You can make a rangoli with oil paint and artificial
colors. You can also use the loose flowers which are discarded by the
florists to make your rangoli and it will come up with mind-blowing
designs. While creating rangoli you can add a ton of colour, texture
and positivity in your house or in the building. These scented decorations
give you a fantastic aroma around you. If you don't have colors, paints
and flowers then you could use kitchen ingredients like turmeric or tea to
fill in sections of your design.
- Say No to Firecrackers: We know everyone loves bursting
firecrackers but it will create a lot of problems and increase the
pollution. Even though in the market many eco-friendly crackers are
available, they still release a lot of pollution into the atmosphere and
also they create loud sounds which will create problems for babies and animals.
After listening to the loud busting sound they start howling and shivering
every time. Many stray cats and dogs in the locality run over by cars
every Diwali or they get burns because of the crackers. Even pets
sometimes get anxious due to this. So you need to say No to firecrackers and
yes to Diwali pooja thali if you want to make a Happy
Diwali.
- Recycle Last Year’s Supplies: This Diwali starts changing your
habits if you want to make a festival change. If you are not in the habit
of doing this, this is the right time to start a change in yourself. If
you have a habit of buying diwali supplies every year then this year
change this no sense buying habit. You can recycle light bulbs,
candle-holders, diyas and agarbatti stands. You can even use your old
sarees stitched together for a quilt or you can convert your dupattas into
pillow cases. This way you give the prettiest makeover to your house in
the neighborhood and buy only the recycled Diwali gifts for your family and friends.
