Diwali is the festival of lights and this festival is around the corner. This festival is the most important Indian festival because this festival stands for the victory of good over evil. This is a five-day festival. During this festival celebration with an exhibition of lights, colors, and decorations and Diwali decorations have its own significance and our tradition also. This diwali decoration brings positivity in your life and your home. On this day people wish for their prosperity and harmony from the Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha. This year Diwali is giving the opportunity for all of us to make it a festival of change because after the outbreak of coronavirus everyone is concerned about their loved ones well-being and so this is the right time to introduce some positive changes by starting new ventures or making new investments to improve our lives and work towards a brighter future. So here we are discussing a few new ways to celebrate diwali festival.

  • Choose nature-friendly Diwali lamps and Lanterns: This Diwali thinks differently when choosing the Diwali festivities decoration.   Diwali decoration is one of the most important tasks. Nowadays there are several trendy ways in which you can demonstrate your decoration creatively. You can light up your home in different ways. You can go with the old-school earthen oil diyas, rather than the energy-consuming fancy electrical lights. These traditional diyas and lanterns look magnificent but are entirely organic and customary. You can decorate your entire house and even a prayer room with these Diya, diwali lamps and lanterns. Many stray cats and dogs in the locality run over by cars every Diwali or they get burns because of the crackers. Even pets sometimes get anxious due to this. So you need to say No to firecrackers and yes to Diwali pooja thali if you want to make a Happy Diwali.  
  • Recycle Last Year’s Supplies: This Diwali starts changing your habits if you want to make a festival change.If you are not in the habit of doing this, this is the right time to start a change in yourself. If you have a habit of buying diwali supplies every year then this year change this no sense buying habit. You can recycle light bulbs, candle-holders, diyas and agarbatti stands. You can even use your old sarees stitched together for a quilt or you can convert your dupattas into pillow cases. This way you give the prettiest makeover to your house in the neighborhood and buy only the recycled Diwali gifts for your family and friends.  
Great Gift Ideas: Gifting is our tradition and it is a great way to express your happiness on Diwali. This year change the old boring gift options like candles and curios.
