Your environment WILL dictate your food choices.

I can't even remember the last time I bought, or ate, a cheese straw... Today, I've eaten 5.

Why?

Because a family member swung by and left 'em in the kitchen here.

They've now become a convenience snack every time I walk into the kitchen - meaning I'm eating them to procrastinate, to cure any stress and to pass the time.

Be careful of what you allow in to your kitchen.

Make healthy foods convenient, and unhealthy foods inconvenient.

Doing so will have a HUGE impact on your food choices and weight loss goals...
