QuickBooks Install Error Code 1722 | How to Fix? — QBSsolved

a runtime error.
What causes Error 1722?
- The QuickBooks installation process is
not complete.
- The window which would have been
registered recently can be damaged.
- Malware or virus can hamper the
windows system files.
- Virus attack may also corrupt QB
related important files.
- Some programs may have maliciously
deleted the QuickBooks file.
- Window might get corrupted.
Ways to fix Error 1722:
Way 1: Using QuickBooks
installation tool
- Proceed with downloading and
installation of QuickBooks tool hub.
- Once it is installed, go to the icon
of this tool and select the tab of QB install diagnostic tool.
- And, let the tool repair all the
installation related issues.
Way 2: Updating the windows.
- Reach to settings tab from the start
menu.
- Select the ‘Update and Security’ tab
and then windows update.
- Next, click on “Check for updates”.
- Reboot system.
Way 3: Using QuickBooks
repair tool.
- Locate the company file and search for
the file.
- Once the file is selected, get the
file scanned and then click on the Company button.
- From the customer tab, reach to the
tab of ‘Vendor’.
- In the vendor tab, select the Employee
option and go to the repair tab.
- Once you see the repair completion
message, hit OK.
Way 4: Restoring the system
to an early point.
Open system restore from the
start menu and enter the admin password.
In the wizard window that opens,
follow on screen steps.
Select the prompt of the
restore point as desired.
Way 5: Running windows file
checker.
- Hover to the command box once and
press Ctrl+shift+enter.
- On the dialog box, click yes.
- In the black box that appears, type
sfc/scan now and press enter.
- The error will be scanned, follow the
on screen prompts after the scanning is over.
Way 6: Updating QuickBooks.
- Go to the windows start menu and click
on the QB icon.
- Select Option to run as admin.
- Hover to no company open from the help
menu & reach to ‘Update QuickBooks’ tab.
- Click on Mark all and save in the
option tab.
- Once done, hover to update now and
click on Reset update.
- Get the updates by clicking on ‘Get
updates’.
- Open QuickBooks and press yes once the
update process is completed.
Way 7: Restart system in
selective startup
- Start the run box by pressing Window+R.
- Write MSCONFIG in the box that pops
up.
- Here, choose the tab of selective
startup and also uncheck the Load stratus item tab.
- If asked, restart the tab.
