Pipe forming demands for steel pipe

No matter which kind of steel pipe, seamless steel pipe, or ERW steel pipe, or straight seamless welded pipe, there is the pipe forming demands for them in order to have the best quality when they applied in various engineering project.

Here is the list for welded steel pipe’s joint surface demands for manufacture and this would lead customers to figure out the better steel pipe too.

1. It is not allowed for cracks, pores, slag, lack of fusion, spatter during the production process.

2. Temperature would be controlled strictly. For example, we should figure out the different temperature for surface treatment about Fusion bond Epoxy coating, Coal Tar Epoxy, 3PE, Vanish Coating during the whole production.

3. It is necessary to notice that we should keep the whole temperature must not be lower than the surface of the weld surface of the pipe. For example, some of the welding reinforcement does not exceed 3mm (the maximum width of the weld after the groove).

We have to pay high attention to every step during the production process in order to have high quality steel pipes for customers.
