Analysis of crude oil and the influence for steel pipe

Due to the linkage effect, the ERW steel pipe for storage and transporting the oil would be in high demand because of the increased requirement for high quality of crude oil recently.

Executives in oil industry said that there is a strong growth in crude oil due to the high demand for emerging economies such as China and India, as well as Europe countries. And this is making stocks fall faster than expected. Thus we have to allow the global oil market to remain on a balanced track. Because of the good demand for oil, the price of oil would be higher than normal days. With the blossom of crude oil, we know, as supplier of various steel pipes, especially for the ERW steel pipe, LSAW steel pipe which used for transportation of the crude oil, it is time for us to produce more pipes for the demand in oil industry.
