That's what Team Promote is all about.
Advertisers spend money at Team Promote (TP) to reward you for the clicks you bring to their landing page. If you are among the top promoters, you will make more money.
TP tracks the efforts of promoters. Advertisers don't have to spend a minute doing so. They join, click "create campaign", design the landing page with the tools TP provides, they choose the number of days their campaign will last, how much money will be spent to pay the rewards to the promoters who get clicks to the landing page, and the rewards are paid at the end of the campaign. And, if one of your clicks converts and the advertiser offers a commission, you get even more money!
So, if the campaign is about a product sold at Clickbank, it sells for $20, it pays 50% commission, you make 3 sales, you earn $30, not counting the cash reward you will get for those 3 clicks and the other clicks you got to the page.
To join Team Promote, simply go in the add-on services at the left of your APSense homepage, click on "manage", add Team Promote, then click on it, your APSense Passport will be used for you to join.
APSense makes things easy for you. :)

Note: TP has nothing to do with PTC sites, it's not Paid to Click, it's a totally different concept.

 Yes, But Promoters should have choices to select the campaigns on the basis of their Topic. I checked out Team Promote this morning, and it is a wonderful idea and well put together, but i was hoping to join any campaign or promote my campaign, based on a specific topic. Like if we have maintained a Promotion status on Networking sites for products like SEO, Backlinks, so we should have choices to choose products related to that. Like we have here at Apsense in Talents where we can create a Talent on the basis of a specific topic, similar concept for team Promote where we can choose on the basis of Topics..... Best of Luck for this Great Service.
