LPU NEST Admission: Important Exam Dates and Eligibility Guidelines

LPU NEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) is an entrance exam which is conducted by Lovely Professional University. This exam plays a role of gateway for the candidates to get admission in their desired UG and PG courses. As every year more than three lakh (approx.) candidates apply for the entrance exam. It is known that the LPU NEST is the biggest private entrance test which is organised in India. And if the statistics are to be assumed then it will be stated as the fifth largest entrance exam which is organised in India.  The exam dates have been released for the entrance exam. This exam will be held in across 110 test centres in India. Every applicant has to choose their desired test centres while applying for the application form.

Important Exam Dates:

• Last date to register – 28 February 2018
• Slot Booking – 1 March 2018
• Exam Date – 10 to 30 April 2018
• Result – 7 May 2018
• Counselling – 7 May 2018 (onwards)

Eligibility Guidelines for all the Desiring candidates:

The candidates who are of Indian nationality can only apply. The applying candidates must have either passed or who are pursuing in class 12 board exams either from Central Board of secondary education (CBSE) or ICSE etc can also apply for the entrance exam.  Candidates must have scored 60% average marks in class 12 or any equivalent examinations with Physics, Mathematics and English. And they must also score a valid score in LPU NEST – 2018 JEE Main. And for all the candidates who are interested to take admission in B. Tech Biology/B. Tech – BT and B. Tech Hons. Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, English & Maths/Biology/Biotech in class 12 while other things remain constant.

The LPU NEST 2018 Application Form has been started now and all the candidates who are interested can now register themselves for the entrance exam. There are two modes of filling the registration form the first mode is the online mode and the second mode is offline mode. In Online mode method the applicants have to apply for the entrance exam by visiting the official website of Lovely Professional University.  And if he/she chooses the second option then they have to take an offline form and the payment will also be done through offline method i.e. through DD (Demand Draft).

Every candidate is suggested to fill the application form before the due date lasts. And this to inform all the applicants that they should go through all the related guidelines before they go to register themselves for the entrance exam. If any of the candidates fails to fulfil any of the guideline then they are requested not to apply for the entrance exam as their application form will not be accepted. The application fee for all the candidates is mentioned here:

• Online Application Fee (Male Candidate) –  Rs. 700
• Offline Application Fee (Male Candidate) - Rs. 700
• Online Application Fee (female Candidate) - Rs. 400
• Offline Application Fee (female Candidate) - Rs. 700

These are mentioned all the application fee details of LPU NEST. All the applicants are requested to take a copy of their application form for future preferences. And to avoid the situation of damage a candidate is required to take 2-3 copies of his confirmation form.
