It's made by simmering butter so that the milk solids can be skimmed and strained away, leaving behind the liquid fat. Why is ghee good for you? This is a common query for many. Ghee or clarified butter positively affects the nervous system in the brain-boosting the concentration power. Ghee benefits also include the improvement of digestion power. Being rich in butyric acid, ghee can neutralize acidity and heal the gut lining.
