Ghee is one of the healthiest forms of fat that you can pamper your body with. It holds some magical properties which are beneficial for skin and hair. It is a rich source of healthy fats, and some essential vitamins such as vitamin A, D, E, and K. Here are some of the ghee benefits for skin -

Ghee for chapped lips: Ghee has proven to be highly effective in healing and curing dry, chapped lips. Take a tiny amount of ghee and apply it to your lips before going to bed. Follow this remedy for a few weeks to get visible results.

Fight dry skin with ghee: During winter and seasonal changes, our skin becomes extremely dry and lifeless. Melt a spoonful of ghee and mix with equal amounts of water, and then apply all over the body. Wash off with cold water after 30 minutes.

Get rid of dark circles with ghee: Tired of using under-eye creams and serums to no effect? Apply pure ghee in a circular motion around the eye area. Do this every night and wash off with cold water the next morning.

Ghee for cracked heels: Ghee offers outstanding healing power. The essential fats in ghee can heal cracked heels and make them smooth. Experts recommend using only grass-fed ghee as it contains the highest amount of nutrition.
