Coronavirus has turned the whole world into jail. People are forced to stay in the home because of the coronavirus. However, often while going to the shops they are standing on the physical distancing stickers, but at home or in another place they are not being able to understand how to practice the social distancing. The current article will try to find a way out to practice social distancing. But before knowing the ways to practice the social distance one must know why social distancing is important.

Why Practice Social Distancing?

Health officials across the world repeatedly saying that the only way to protect ourselves from the coronavirus is by practicing social distancing. However, practicing the social distance properly helps to avoid the virus, as you are mostly not coming close to the person who is affected by the virus. Further, even if you are an asymptomatic career, you will not spread the virus during coughing or sneezing.

Stay Home as Much as Possible

Work from Home: It is better not to go out of the house. Most of the companies have asked the employees to do the work from home. Therefore, it is better not to go out of the house, unless you are having an emergency. If your office is still open, it is better to maintain the social distance as much as possible. Stand on the physical distancing stickers placed on the floor in front of the lift.

Avoid Public Gym: During the coronavirus, it is crucial to take care of the health. However, while taking care of health, you must keep in mind that you should not use the public gym. You can do the exercises in your house or private gym.

Use Online Delivery: be it the delivery or the food or shopping, try to go for the online. Using online methods can help you to stay safe. It will protect you from coming to the close contact of the other people.

Limit Your Outdoor Activities

Only go outside if you need to go. If you are having aged people at the house, don’t let them go out. While you are out in the public space, try to maintain a 2meter gap. Further, avoid the hugs and handshakes while meeting the people.

Use Technology to Stay Connected

Remember that physical distancing or social distancing doesn’t mean that you need to maintain a mental distancing. Therefore, you can connect with people on virtual platforms. You can conduct video calls to friends and families to take the news of them. Further, you can insist on your friend to stand on the physical distancing stickers while they are out.
