*.qba (Accountants Copy Files)
*.qby (Accountants Change Files)

o In the next page, choose Local backup and then press the company file and then click Next.
o At last, choose the location where you want to save the restored file and then click on Save.
· Restore an Accountants Copy Transfer file known as (.qbx)
o To begin with, go to the File menu and then tap on the Open or Restore a company file.
o Afterwards, click on the option Convert and Accountant’s Copy Transfer File and then select Next.
o If the option “What the Accountant’s Copy Can and Can’t Do” window appears on the available screen then click Next.
o Now, hit the transfer file (.qbx) and click Open.
o Choose the adequate location to save the Accountant’s Copy File and lastly choose Save.
