How to choose the best location on the exhibit floor?

So, you have spent some time researching the perfect trade show that you would attend. You have also invested quite a lot in a quality trade show booth that is sure to convert. However, all this can come to naught if you are not at the right place at the right time.

In a trade show, some spaces are more equal than other spaces. If you don’t want to be short-changed, you have to make sure that you get prime space at the tradeshow.

Figuring out how to get the best space at a tradeshow is not really rocket science. However, it could end up like a shot in the dark if you don’t know what you are doing. Luckily for you, by the time you are done with this post, you would be equipped with the right knowledge to select the perfect space for your trade show booth rental.

Time is of the essence

This is essentially a no-brainer. Regardless, it is something you have to take note of because of its importance. There are only a few prime trade show spaces to go around. You have to make sure you book the right space before other registrants snatch it from your brand. If you are just constructing your trade show exhibit booth, you can get a quick and effective trade show booth design with experience.

Utilize the entrance

The sheer amount of traffic you would get by placing your trade show rental booth at the entrance will be huge. The placement of your trade show booth Denver is quite important. Not only would you get traffic in large quantities, but you are also going to get quality traffic. The reason for this is because as people enter the trade show floor, they are still fresh and primed to make purchases. If you can just do the job of capturing their attention, then every other thing should fall into place.

You can find Major Traffic in areas like the Restroom and Restaurants

Another place you should have your trade show rental booth at is major areas like the restroom and the restaurant. People would always flock around these places because they sure need to rest and refill after walking the length and breadth of the tradeshow floor. You are sure to get traffic from attendees going into these places and attendees leaving them.

Hang close to Major Brands

The name of the game is just to be at the place where people are sure to be milling about. One of such places is near big brands and trade show sponsors. You can share in the traffic that these big brands attract. All you just need to do is get information from the organizers about the position of these big wigs.

Eliminate your competition

By eliminating your competition, I don’t mean mafia-style action. In the context of the trade shows, what this means is that you should not stay close to them on the tradeshow floor. If you have big brands as competitors, you shouldn’t even consider it. But, if you are a big brand, you can afford to stay near smaller brands because you would be effectively stealing their traffic and reducing their chances.
