Gypsum plaster is a powder like substance, Which is white in colour. This product is cementing material made by partial or complete dehydration of the mineral gypsum, commonly with special retarders or hardeners added. When applied with water, the Gypsum plaster sets and hardens by chemical recombination with water.

Gypsum plaster is a mixture of couple of chemicals like alkali sulfate, alum or borax. Moreover, Fibre and lime or clay may be added to make the Gypsum plaster. This product are used widely in construction industry, building's interior & exterior, plastering, ceilings and for manufacturing plaster boards and slabs etc.

Gypsum is a superior finish compared to cement plaster. However, it is advisable to go with gypsum plaster for the internal walls and ceilings and use cement plaster for the exteriors of the building. As compared to general cement plaster, Gypsum plaster is gives superior finish. Especially for house interiors, Gypsum plaster gives high quality results & brightest finish. However, for extrerior, We can use the gypsum plaster too but it is advisable to use normal cement plaster for the exteriors of the building due to weather conditions concern.

It is quite noticable that due to weather conditions, the interior walls and exterior areas of the building and house may gets damage and walls shine and finish may reduce further. But with Gypsum plaster, The areas where you have applied the Gypsum plaster never gets fade as Gypsum is a ready available material consists of various chemical features.

Moreover, Gypsum plaster is highly resistant to fire. Hence, provides a secure environment inside and outside of the building. Now a days, almost all construction houses and industry use Gypsum plaster to get maximum quality features exist in it.
