Hence, there is no scope for someone to get certified without making the impact their organization is looking for.

The Six Sigma master black belt certification is also an intense process and the assessor has to be completely clear in their mind before they certify someone. For most of the organizations, one of the seniormost members is nominated to be a master black belt. As part of their certification, they also need to review multiple black belt projects and get coached to be able to mentor the other project team members.
