Constipation- The Daily Difficulty You Face

by Francine Kanter Classical Homeopathy by Francine Kanter

Constipation could be the bane of human existence. Constipation is the condition when bowel movements become less frequent, and stools become difficult to pass. A situation that is a silent threat leaves most people unaware that it is occurring and is challenging to be considered seriously. However, constipation, when it happens in a worse condition, is often to the detriment of the sufferer's health. That is obvious, you would say. But the body needs to excrete waste regularly. If it does not do so, there is some problem with the digestion process, the metabolism, or the excretory system.

It can also be linked with low hygiene levels in people because their body is not acting naturally. In other situations, rather than passing stools at a designated time, constipation can make life difficult by passing stools at unusual times or unpredictable places.

How can we solve the problem of constipation?

Realizing the difficulty it creates, there is now a homeopathic remedy for constipation also. But the most effective treatment of constipation is self-care. You can manage most cases of moderate to mild constipation at home. Self-care starts by taking an inventory of what you eat and drink and then making changes.

Some recommendations to help relieve constipation are:

l   Drinking two to four glasses of water daily. Avoiding caffeine-containing drinks and alcohol, which can cause dehydration

l   Add fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and other high-fiber foods to your diet. Eat fewer high-fat foods, like meat, cheese, and eggs.

l   Eat prunes and/or bran cereal

l   Keep a food diary and single out foods that constipate you

l   Get moving and exercise

l   Checking how you sit on the toilet. Raising your feet, leaning back, or squatting may cause bowel movements to be easier

l   Adding an over-the-counter supplemental fiber to your diet (like Metamucil, Citrucel, and Benefiber)

l   If needed, take a very mild over-the-counter stool softener or laxative (such as docusate (Colace) or Milk of Magnesia). Mineral oil enemas like Fleet and stimulant laxatives like bisacodyl (Dulcolax) or Senna (Senokot) are other options. There is a lot of choice for laxatives. Do not use laxatives for more than two weeks without calling your doctor. Overuse of laxatives can harm your symptom.

l   Do not read, use your phone or other devices while trying to move your bowels

Homeopathic treatment for constipation

Homeopathy Ormond Beach specializes in specific methods of homeopathic-ally treating problems like constipation. There are many herbal options to treat homoeopathy like Bryonia, Calcarea carbonica, Causticum, Graphite, Lycopodium, etc. Homoeopathy is a natural process of treating the problem of constipation and focuses on a whole body and holistic approach in many cases. In some instances, the issue of constipation might be the symptom of some other underlying problem that subsequently needs to be dealt with. Some of the common medications that primarily treat homoeopathy adopt a more targeted approach towards the deposition of stools in the rectum. Whichever be the case, constipation is a malaise that needs to be dealt with predictable results, and it becomes possible to live an easy life. If homoeopathy serves that purpose, then it is indeed the best result.
