Improper operation during oil extraction is one of the important reasons for bearing damage. The correct operation method and the problems that should be paid attention to are as follows:

① Feeding should be done slowly when starting to squeeze. When the oil is squeezed out, slowly adjust to narrow the gap between the cakes and appropriately reduce the thickness of the cake. When the body is hot, the feeding amount can be gradually increased. When the surface of the body is very hot, it can work normally. It is necessary to prevent a large amount of feed and sudden increase in load when the squeeze is started.

②After adjusting the gap of the cake, the lock nut should be tightened to prevent the squeezer from loosening and causing the thickness of the cake to change.

③When feeding, prevent stones or metals from being mixed into the oil to enter the press chamber, so as to avoid damage to the body and cause personal accidents.

④During the pressing process, the thickness of the cake should vary according to the type of oil and the moisture content of the oil. Generally, when squeezing peanuts and soybeans, the cake gap is within the range of 0.3-1.0mm. Do not blindly reduce the cake gap and increase the bearing load in order to increase the oil yield.
