Of course, classic choice in food are known for high content of fats, sodium, calories, etc. but ordering food doesn’t necessarily mean only greasy items will be on your table. Thai food, for instance, is an option the registered dietitians prefer the most. This is because it is full of nutrients one’s body needs. There are many Thai food items that one can have in order to control their weight. These items are loved by many dietitians around the world.

 

1.         Pad Thai with extra vegetables:

This is the most eaten Thai food. People have it with extra vegetables to make it rich in nutrients. A steamed fillet of red snapper with veggies is a great choice as it provides you with required nutrients as well as helps to keep you full for a long time. It kills your craving for the unhealthy food items that would increase your Thai cholesterol. You can also eat it along spring rolls that aren’t fried and is a good choice to pair the dish with.

 

5.         Vegetarian spicy basil fried brown rice:

If you’re thinking to takeaway, but also want to have your Thai cholesterol in control, you can choose vegetarian spicy basil fried rice with eggs, onions, chili, and bell peppers. Also, if you’re craving for something sweet, you can order pineapple fried rice with roasted eggs, tomatoes, cashews, raisins, carrots, and scallions.

 

6.         Beef and broccoli:

It is also one of the great food choices when you’re having Thai food. People have beef and broccoli served over rice. The dish is full of taste and nutrients.

 

You can have all these dishes even if you’re on a diet. These Thai foods are rich in nutrients and help you in being full and staying away from the greasy food items that increase weight.
