furnace shell mezzanine air duct to further heat up, which is relatively
increased to increase the ambient temperature, and reduce the heat dissipation
of the furnace shell, and reduce the heat dissipation. After the air is
preheated, the combustion efficiency, combustion strength, flame temperature,
and speed, strengthening furnace air circulation and heating speed.
The furnace door structure is reasonably sealed, and there is no
need to add the furnace door at the door of the furnace; the furnace door is
tight, the opening time is small, the heat dissipation loss in the furnace is
small, the dead corners are not refined, the operation is convenient, and the
operating environment is good.

melting time.
Equipment with a capacity below 3T can be cooled by air cooling
without water cooling equipment.
During the smelting process, the aluminum liquid has no flow, no
tumbling, reduces oxidation, and the composition remains unchanged.
The smelting speed is fast, the burning rate is low, and the
recovery rate of scrap aluminum is 92%.
