foundations should be poured as required prior to installation. At the same
time, it is necessary to leave enough anchor screw holes of appropriate depth,

After we have selected a suitable
installation location, we will place it first, and then make rough adjustments.
At this time, concrete mixed with cement and sand needs to be poured into the
reserved holes, and the ratio of the two should be controlled at 1:3.
After pouring, wait for a period of time
until the concrete in it is completely dry and hardened. Then perform fine
adjustment. At this time, you should pay attention to tighten all the anchor
screws evenly. After checking and confirming the accuracy, another 50 to 100mm
of concrete needs to be poured under the base.
After completing this task, remember that
the surrounding base surface needs to be repaired to keep it flat. At the same
time, it should be noted that the deviation between the centerlines of the
upper and lower rolls of the rolling mill and the centerlines of the upper and
lower output shafts of the herringbone gear seat should be kept within 0.5mm.
In fact, it is necessary to formulate
suitable system requirements in daily operation. Work in accordance with the
system in daily work, and it is strictly forbidden to operate equipment without
following the operating procedures. Note that the operating rules and rolling
procedures must be followed, and rolling must not be overloaded.
In addition, the staff also need to pay
attention to lubrication protection, and inspections are also required during
the shift change process. If any loose connections are found, they must be
tightened in time and a lubrication point must be checked. In short, the
rolling mill should be overhauled regularly, and it is strictly forbidden to
work with illness.
