Finally, regardless of your line of work, your company’s assertiveness is determined by the skill and the prowess of your company. Sure, the customer is not always right but they need to feel this way in order to trust you and, in time, even become return customers. They need to know that their priorities are your priorities as well, and it’s up to your customer service to persuade them. While traditional, human, customer service may not be surpassed in years to come, chatbots are rapidly gaining in popularity. This is due to the fact that they respond instantly, which is a huge plus on its own.
