I am personally 5 eZines One for my business, 2 interest based and two for the site. I'm about to create another for the Niche communities soon. The key is in setting up a publication schedule you can add you content at any time and it will simply be held there until you are ready to publish it.

Yes And The APSense communities should help with subscribers as the niche communities grow. I know I was constantly getting complaints about having to join a site most of the target market for eZines had no interest in just to subscribe. They aren't marketers and aren't interested in joining a 'business' sites. With the Niche communities they can join interest based social only networks that gives them a place where they feel comfortable.

One thing everyone should remember is that you have to promote those eZines if you want subscribers. I tweet and FB every published issue at least once a day for the first three days after it's published.

Remember most people don't promote these anywhere except APSense. You have to promote them to a wider audience.

Good point, Cheryl. As you said, the new communities will help us get more subscribers to the ezines.

As for promoting the new issues, I think it would be better to do it a while longer. Maybe post about them on social sites, too.

Look who's talking, I don't do these things. I take too much time to do may other things, I neglect my ezines.

2011 will be a year of better focus for me.

IMO, Cheryl, we should concentrate on what's happening now. I mean, with the new communities, the video, we can probably promote it more agressively, it has happened in the past with successful products that it took some time to take off.

In my opinion what needs to be stressed is the proper efficient use use of the tools and you don't know if you don't follow the statistics. There's a reason that I am managing 4 of the 5 most subscribed eZines on eZineSpace.
