There Are No ShortCuts - Plain and Simple!

by Corey Blackmur Blackmur Global

No get rich quick programs and typically those that believe there is are not committed to performing the necessary work to operating a home-based or small business which has the ability to offer you wealth and/or success.

Not everyone is born to be an entrepreneur or business owner, but you can become one ~ can't you?  Although I think the real question is whether or not you have the "passion to succeed" and can that be learned or acquired?  The bottom line is the fact that if you lack passion, drive, desire and belief in yourself for what you do as an entrepreneur you will likely not have the persistence to see your goals and dreams through.

YOU require the energy to make your business concept a reality.  Energy requires work, especially when the odds can be against your succeeding or not.  When the odds are against you succeeding how can some people swallow the belief that there are shortcuts
and get rich quick programs.

Are there people that are that gullible?

Just think of something for a minute.............Most people choose a safe method of income, get a job with say a 20 to 50 year old company, receive a paycheck every couple of weeks  for what they do.  They typically don't have any control over their "business" future or a say in the decision processes for the company they are employed by.  They hope this will be there as steady employment until they retire some 40 - 45 years into the future.  You and I can respect this and value it for those that choose this.

BUT all of a sudden these same people will be approached with a "scheme" to "get rich quick" and some will actually buy into it.  Be passionate about achieving your dreams but don't be stupid about it.  Be inspired to explore the idea of creating your own business, pursue that dream of independence, wealth and success.  Don't think for one minute there are short cuts...it's simply a matter of looking at your present situation...45 years to build your retirement in the corporate world.

NOW then ~ those that think they can take a short cut to overnight success are living on cloud nine and have no concept of what it takes to build a home-based small business in the real world.

Some notes for you to succeed by:
Working your butt off

Do whatever needs to be done
Have dreams
Avoid thinking about failure
Handle problems and obstacles as they present themselves
Adapt to change when required

The best opportunities may be 18 months down the road, be diligent, there are ways that can generate wealth and success faster than the typical 40 - 45 years.

Some of those ways are found right here with various members of ApSense, just look around the corner, you never know what you might find?

If people only pick up one thing from this blog, the title says it all. It takes hard work. Most opportunities may be simple but they are not easy because they take work.

Hard work requires focus and believe it or not, a dream. My motto is "Dare to dream and Do It". The focus aspect is fed by a support system formed by successful people. Branding and marketing help make a list which makes sales. Just a couple of thoughts.

Thanks for the input Patsy, everything you say can definitely be incorporated into this article.
By the way ~ great motto

I don't necessarily have a motto, but I sometimes go by the saying:

"Professionals built the Titanic ~ Amateurs built the Ark"
Anyone can accomplish what they set out to do if they really want to.......

In fact, there is a basic principle in this regard.
"Energy is neither created nor destroyed, only transformed"
Then, you have to focus on is in turn that energy into working smarter and consequently achieved goals

You are right Affiliate Marketing is a lot of work and not an overnight success. I have looked into it and bought a few coursed, but it is not for me. I have decided to go the website route. Both venues have much in common and I must say I have learned very much from these courses and all of you. I Thank You all.
