Color Power In Foods

More and more we are getting closer to discovering the properties in foods and why foods
satisfy us.  Some people are not a bit concerned whether food is stone or earth.  They 
just eat to live.  When a person becomes conscious of the connection "Food" contributes
in replacing diffused energy and the building up of the natural energy in their bodies, the responsibility of the function of growth and changing appearances, they become wiser.

Food is like a symphony, orchestrated to give life its harmony. 
 
 Harmony is the noblest word that can be spoken by any tongue.  It is peace, accord, health, order, unity and life.  Harmony in diet is health. When a person prepare foods, love and excitement should be the key ingredient.  Most foods should be eaten raw such as vegetable salads, with its color power and some nuts to keep the enzymes the antioxidants, flavonoids and vitamins with power. Some foods should be cooked. 
 
Too much cooked foods make our glands, such as the liver and kidneys overwork and over stimulate, resulting in obesity.  The liver convert the foods we eat into energy, when overworked, small particles of food floats around and rotting in our system keeping our bodies inflamed.  Inflammation is the root cause of all diseases.
 
Color Power In Foods
 
As we eat foods in their color power, fruits, vegetables and tubers, nuts and grains,
we eat life energy.   For instance, if we are able to eat a nut- seed we eat the whole tree.  If and when certain vegetables are cut from their source they still maintain the life energy in them.   Observe, with the head of a carrot, or on the body of a  potato, left in a warm place or even an onion, you can see the formation of leaves and stems, of a new plant.
 
Along with drinking pure water and exercise, I want you to remember what your color Power Foods can do for you.
 
1.    Your red, strongest mineral content of heat, keep blood in basic color stain.
2.     yellow, restorers of the nervous system.
3.     green, soothing and healing, working in the lower region of the body.
4.     orange, these foods are full of minerals and vitamin "C".
5.     violet, narcotic in action, induce sleep and allay pain.
6.     indigo, these foods are astringent, they bind contract and strengthen, fibres and
        tissues.
7.     blue, foods are purgative to the large and small intestines.
8.     purple, stimulate the entire circulatory system.
9.     Grey,  influence bone growth, and act as an insulator shield for the matter of the brain.
