What is the best Traffuc Exchange website?

I deleted all spam answers for now, but the next time I see similar in my questions or questions submitted by other members I will report them.
Thanks to all APSense members that answer my questions. Doing this they are helping me a lot in my researching about Internet marketing. I will publish my research in APSense article when I have enough information.

Maybe I am wrong, but I consider traffic exchangers useless and for me is a big waste of time so I avoid being there. Who can explain what is the reason of their existence? You never make real traffic for your site on so called traffic exchangers...
