Is massage chair is the best option for body massage?

The massage chair is good for the entire back, but for a full-body massage coverage a professional therapeutic massage by a certified professional is the best. :)

Never tried a massage chair, however sometimes I do go for a back massage

If I feel very tried....I go to "REST and GO", they have comfortable massage chair....relax myself. My kids loves , too.
