I daily Update my blog.

I agree with Anita Pedersen, Sometimes weekly... and sometimes monthly. It totally depends on circumstances.

Sounds like overkill, but depends on different circumstances. A common mistake though is to focus on frequency instead of quality. Instead you should really put some work into creating content that appeals to people and draws traffic. I update my own blog about 2-3 times per month, sometimes less. Hope that helps.
