Review on Why I love ApSense so much

Where do I start ? There are so many things to say about ApSense.

I've been able to mention some of them in the "Recommended features" section.

ApSense is popular. Just look for the Alexa ranking. It gets better all the time.

Thousands of members have joined recently. I see more every day. What am I saying ? Every minute ! This is no exaggeration. I'm at level 3, so when a new member uploads a picture for his/her profile, when I'm in my dashboard, I'm often asked to respond "yes" or "no" if I consider the picture to be personal. It happens many times a day. I don't spend all my time on the dashboard, with all the goodies, so can you imagine ?

When I post a new blog or RevPage, or when I comment on one, if another member sees that I did, it might catch his attention, he will come into the blog, and "top it" or comment. I've seen that happen to me, and I do that very often when it's a member I appreciate and I like his/her input.

BTW, when I say "blog", it means article for ApSense.

I won't explain what is a RevPage, you're reading one right now.

ApSense offers many features as what they call services. The ezine service is one of them. It's so easy to publish an ezine, you click a few times, add your content, a few link, graphics if you want, then whammo ! A new issue is published. All you have to do is promote it, you get subscribers.

Promotion is the name of the game at ApSense. Where you are, there's "Promote it" link. In a few clicks, you create a campaign, put the number of credits for that campaign, and launch ! You have different types of campaigns, you have to see it for yourself.

Spammers beware ! Many members fight you actively. It's so easy with "report abuse" link beside every comment posted by members. It takes a few seconds to report. The admins see it, the member receives warnings, if he/she persists, there are consequences. Ask the admins, they'll tell you.

A great recognition feature is the testimonial. When you see a member's profile, you see his blogs, RevPages, groups, and last but not least the testimonials wrote about him or her.

The testimonials are automatically shown in the ApSense Business Center, and in the groups you create.

Yes, there are groups for discussions on specific subjects, it can be anything you like.

There is a traffic exchange at ApSense.

More features and services are added regularly.

I could go on and on. ApSense has become my favorite business tool. I've built relationships with wonderful people. They help me, without expectations.

Take a tour of the site. It's free to join.

Thanks, vishwa. :)

I created this RevPage with 3 objectives in mind :

1) For members of ApSense to realize they can use their RevPages as a promotional tool outside of ApSense

2) To make ApSense even more popular, it will benefit everyone here, I know it's important to you too

3) As a challenge to you guys to do better than me. I don't mind, the more people, the more success we all get

4) Last, but not leat, for my own benefit :)

Affiliantes, I don't understand your question. Please send me a PM with more details. Or, of course, you can write more details in another comment here, maybe another member will catch what you're trying to say

@Affiliantes That sounds like a question for support not a member. You should submit a support ticket by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking Contact us

@Philippe. I love to see Rev Pages used for actual reviews rather than creating another come join my opportunity hype page! Sad part is I can count on one hand those who have looked past creating hype pages to the potential of the RevPages.

Thanks, Cheryl. I really do love to help when I can, but I couldn't figure out what part is a comment and where the question is.

Philippe, thanks for that article. Yes, APSense is a wonderful place for everyone's business. When you are new it will take some time to look around and get familiar with everything. Therefore I appreciate the link on the 'home' page where you are asked to complete various tasks. Still on discovery here. :) Rieke

@Cheryl, I plead guilty to having created some RevPages as advertisements myself. After some time, I got that RevPage means Review Page. Some people interpret it as Revenue Page, though.

@Rieke, you're in the best for IM. Keep discovering ApSense. Be careful, though. It's VERY addictive. :)

There are wonderful groups to learn your way around. "ApSense 4 Newbies", "The Help group"

There's nothing wrong with creating a few Revpages for ads it's when that is all you create them for. It dilutes the power of the page. When these pages are out there and they are all saying join this hyped up scam etc, the effectiveness of the page is ruined because it becomes synonymous with scam/spam.

We went through this with Digg a couple of years ago. People constantly digging this spam blog and that spam post. APSense was labelled a spam site on digg. We all need to pay close attention to how we use the tools so we don't get labelled spam again!

Oh Lord. That digg incident did a lot of damage to ApSense reputation ?

There are many great reviews here for sure though some are awful indeed. But I love the useful ones a lot.

@Muriah, it's a learning experience. Members will discover how to write reviews better and better. That includes me. :)

Yes it did damage our reputation but we recovered. Right now APSense is gaining the reputation of a low/no spam site. That will attract better members (Quality vs Quantity) and the content of the site will reflect that.
