If you are in New Delhi, at every nook and corner you will find plenty of restaurants offering a number of dishes across cuisines. Among them there are some food joints they offer exclusive food dishes of a particular cuisine. I am born and brought up in the Delhi only and since my child I have visited some thousands of restaurants across this city. I have tasted variety of food dishes these restaurants deliver; however, there are only a few restaurants where I always prefer to go. These reasons why I go to these restaurants are many like providing the best vegetarian food dishes; quality food dishes; hygienic food dishes; and unmatched hospitality services etc.

So, whenever my family goes out for lunch or dinner we always drive to restaurants in Karol Bagh. There are a couple of good restaurants in this part of the city those offer only quality pure vegetarian food dishes and being a vegetarian family we can’t think of going to restaurants those who offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items. There is an interesting thing most of the time we go to these restaurants we find these restaurants are fully occupied and people queue for their chance. Apart from the fact that people come in numbers to these food joints for their quality food and hospitality service, the other aspect to it is the rise in vegetarianism.

Owing to plethora of benefits vegetarian food contains and enriched with it has been seen in the recent times that non-vegan people are turning towards vegetarianism. Reading to a survey details that has been carried out by a world renowned magazine last week, I literary amused on its finding. It said people who are turning their food choice or food habit claims that they were not aware of the fact that vegetables, fruits and milk products are enriched with vitamins, minerals, protein, calcium, and folic acid kind of essential ingredients. If I remember correctly, when I was in Grade 1 my science text book was only about vegetables, fruits, and milk products. These different chapters had pictorial images and description about their qualities. The point I want to make is that I have know about these things since I was five years old and how come a large number of people can be ignorant to an extent where they don’t know what is good for them to eat or add in their diet.

But as they say ‘it’s never too late’, even if people start following vegetarian diet as a ritual from now on they will be able to eliminate plenty of ailments in their life like obesity, high-blood pressure, high-cholesterol and so many other problems. Thus, going with vegan diet is a profitable deal for both mental and physical development.

Coming back to what I was telling you earlier about the quality restaurants in Delhi at Karol Bagh area. You must have noticed that right from the beginning I have not shared the name of these restaurants, for if I had mentioned their names, it will look like that I am writing it for some promotional activity. So, I better not reveal their names at the cost of the credibility of these restaurants for delivering quality food. Besides, travelling extensively in the capital my job also takes me to many other cities around the country and when you are out hotels and restaurant remains the only option to have food. But believe me that I never found a food court in India like these restaurants and food joints in Karol Bagh.
