Varieties in Indian food

Indian food evolved over times and is still. Today many households use basic ingredients and fuse with cheese, Italian herbs like oregano, chilli flakes, and thyme for divine taste in food. This has lead to formation of new age Indian food which was once a matter of historical influence. Indian food accommodates many cultures of immigrants like the Persians, Britishers, Portuguese, French, Aryans and more.
