So I will give you a little intro about why India is a good place for traveling. Now I will tell you why it's famous for their food and what are the top 3 dishes that you must try. 

So let's start with Delhi. Delhi is a place where all people are migrating from other states due to jobs, business, studies, and other reasons. That's the reason Delhi is the best place for a foodie because there you will get lots of dishes and different types of recipes. But the most famous dish for Indian street food is chicken roll. You should easily find it in Delhi. Same as other if you try daal bati then it should be in Rajasthan and the last one if you try sambhar dosa then it should be in South Indian.
