This year is about to end. It is a perfect time to reflect on your overall fitness performance. Have you done your workout routine and followed your diet plan religiously? How many items on your fitness checklist have been crossed out? Assess everything and start the New Year fresh and prepared!

Your previous fitness routine has its ups and downs. You felt downhearted whether it is the right one for you or whether you are prepared both physically and mentally.
