Reportedly, the black color variant of the Xiaomi Mi5 Pro
will be soon launched In India. Xiaomi Global Vice President Hugo Barra
at the Google I/O 2016, who said that Xiaomi is working on bring the
black colour variant of the Mi 5 to India soon. He did not have a
release date to share.
Hugo Barra also elaborated on how the demand for the Xiaomi Mi5 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3
has been exceptional in India, with both smartphones selling very well.
He pointed out how even the open sales sell out as quickly as the flash
sales.
Barra said the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro
at its price point and with its feature set is ideal for the Indian
market, and its demand shows that and the company is going to increase
the supply to meet the high demand.
He also said that the Xiaomi Mi5
is selling extraordinary well for a smartphone priced at Rs 24,999 and
the company is increasing its production as well. According to him , the
company is working to introduce more SKUs of the smartphone in India,
especially the Black color variant which has seen great demand.
