Xiaomi Max available on Xiaomi retailer's website

Xiaomi will officially announce a new extra large smartphone - Mi Max, but it already appears in a third-party retailer sites.

Xiaomi Mi Max phablet will sport a 6.44-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display. Powered by a hexa-core Snapdragon 650 processor, the smartphone is set to launch in two variants - 2GB of RAM + 16GB inbuilt storage, and 3GB of RAM + 32GB of inbuilt storage. Other specifications include a 16-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera, as well as a 4000mAh battery, apart from 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Glonass connectivity options

Mi Max is the phablet's SIM and microSD card combo tray. It features a micro SIM and nano SIM combo as opposed to the more common dual SIM combo (with SIMs of the same size) normally found among handsets made by Chinese OEMs.

Most probably, the Xiaomi Mi Max won't be officially released in the US, though customers should be able to import it from xiaomidevice online retailers. Do you think you'd be interested in buying this device?
